Inconvénients
Frequently Changing Policies. Every 15-30 days 40% of employees are relatives of MD. Policies are flexible for relatives of MD. Salary increment is yearly. If you have longer bond then you face salary negotiation. And when u face negotiation if your bond is still for upcoming years then they will make u realize that its their GENEROSITY to hire and give you salary hike your performance doesn't deserves it. And for them performance is Uniform/Timely arrival/adulation etc. Company Timings : 9.00 am to 7.00 pm with late penalty of Rs.2/min late. No overtime till 3 hrs. If overtime more than 3 hrs its counted. If 2 hr 30 mins that is not overtime for company, you wont get a single rupee for it (less than 3 hr). Company as done fraud in "Great Place to work" survey.
