      I'm privileged to be part of a great and cohesive team during my time there. Good if you're starting out your career.

      Inconvénients

      Little to no progression, the ITIL certification that they promised has not been fulfilled and the salary given is lesser than what you can get.

      Currently employed. Does have basic benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Very poor leadership. No cost of living adjustment. All recourses and focus spent on client appearance.
