      Avantages

      - weinig hiërarchisch geneuzel - ruimte voor zelfontwikkeling tot 20~25% van contracturen - actief bezighouden met bedrijfsvoering word gewaardeerd - zeer capabele collega's met een breed profiel aan vaardigheden - investeren en winstuitkering d.m.v. werknemers coöperatieve aandelen constructie (indien vast contract) - projecten over het algemeen diepgaand en interessant om aan te werken - zoekt binding met klanten waardoor het voelt alsof je echt iemand helpt - mooi kantoor - lunch + snacks - ongedwongen gezelligheid als je er zin/behoefte in hebt - hybride werken mogelijk

      Inconvénients

      - agency werk kan grillig ad-hoc zijn; projecten kunnen stoppen terwijl je er zelf nog niet klaar mee bent

      Avantages

      There's almost a flat hierarchy at Infi which means that there is a lot of room to voice your opinions on several things e.g. in what direction the company is going, or the kinds of employee policies, etc. These opinions are also taken into account when high-level decisions are to be made. Also 9 to 5 mentality and days off are well respected.

      Inconvénients

      With freedom comes responsibility, and this is not for everyone. There are some people that sometimes interpret this freedom as doing whatever they like at the cost of their responsibilities. Fortunately doesn't happen too frequent.
