1. Poor Management 2. Not at all Employee Friendly 3. Bad Politics in company (ruled by people close to Mr. CEO / Directors rest are treated like Dogs) 4. No Cab Facility 5. No Process 6. Bonus are never paid in full (always negotiate on fixed salary) 7. No Training for Employees 8. Tech guys are treated like servents 9. unrealistic and un human deadlines 10. No Transparency

Avantages

learned a lot, but learned it all from people that are no longer there. It's a good industry to be in and you learn plenty from the people you sell to. IVP's product is great.

Inconvénients

toxic and uninterested management (only on sales side, everyone else is actually amazing and so helpful) that teaches you nothing and creates unrealistic quotas, demands you meet them with no support, steals deals from your pipeline, etc
