      Avantages

      I feel like I have a voice in the organization and the leadership team cares about my input. They want to listen, make changes, and to continue to improve. Flexible working environment and they understand we have lives outside of work. My manager works with me and has always been flexible with time off.

      Inconvénients

      With a smaller organization experiencing a lot of rapid growth, there will always be growing pains. I think if you are the type of person who knows how to manage yourself, you're a self-starter and internally motivated, then you will do well here.

      - Some of the most talented professionals I've ever met. - A very valuable company vision and mission. - The work's very rewarding in general.

      Inconvénients

      - As in any startup, you have to wear many hats and there are no training opportunities right now, but they're already addressing this.
