Worst salary package in the industry, Even though you have an experience they will provide a package of freshers. 4. No Job security. 5. No such thing called as performance appraisal. 6. Least hike during 1 year period. 7. you may have to work for 20 hrs in a day without any compensation. 8. After every project you have to attend an interview for next, until then you have to be on bench... 9. team leads won't let you learn more, they feel insecure if you learn more than them. 10. You need to pay from your pocket for official expenses. 11. Marketing team will try to market your blood rather market your talent. 12. They will make you to act like 10 times experienced person than you really are. 13. They take huge amount from clients and they will provide less than 10 percent for employee. 14.Fraud Company- Miss guides clients telling that they will provide experienced people from their company, but in reality they hire freshers when requirements are there. 15. Company will release your F&F settlement only After 60 Days, That to you have to intimate them again and again to get the settlement.
