      Avantages

      Good benefits. Some nice people. Good paid vacation and paid sick leave. Good 401k. Get to travel to interesting places.

      Inconvénients

      Too much management. Everything is out for themselves and no one is collaborative and asks for out of the box thinking. No one is consistent on their viewpoints of how they work. Find a lot of their methods unethical.

      Avantages

      -Pay is fair and benefits are INCREDIBLE. When I was there health insurance for myself and my spouse was free. -Feels like a family operation (because it is!) but works with globally-recognized firms. -A great place to learn and grow, and, if you leave, this place looks great on a resume and opens a lot of doors. -Lots of freedom to shape your own work and develop your career. -Great people. I loved my team and this was one of the few places where I actually enjoyed company-sponsored social events and hanging out with my coworkers after work.

      Inconvénients

      You are required to work in the office. Not necessarily a con, but for me this was why I had to leave (had to relocate for family and couldn't continue working there).
