      Avantages

      Good exposure to internal audit processes and client engagements. Opportunity to work on multiple assignments across industries. Helped build strong Excel, ERP, and audit-related skills. Occasional team outings and engagement activities.

      Inconvénients

      Very long working hours, often extending late into the night. Work-life balance is poor, especially during peak periods. Weekend work and extended shifts are common. Commute to client locations combined with long hours can be exhausting. Management expectations around time and availability can feel inconsistent. Workplace environment may feel unsupportive at times.
