      Avantages

      Very flexible schedule, fun and challenging clients, good health plan and dental.

      Inconvénients

      Upper management frequently misses its own meetings, they are undependable, stressful work environment with children in the office. They do not help lower management with important issues regarding clients. They make poor choices in which types of clients to accept and will often take a client back after dismissing services (for good cause). Makes the work environment tense.

      Avantages

      Competitive pay rates and benefits, managers who recognize and reward employees who do well, and the knowledge that you are doing work that can truly make a difference in the lives of clients.

      Inconvénients

      Not for the faint of heart. Some clients, families, and employees can be very challenging, and the pressure of dealing with matters that can sometimes be life or death can be a heavy burden.
