      Avantages

      I was given the opportunity to advance within the company a total of 2 times in the last 3 years. This company has invested into furthering my education for this field. Upper management works well together and they are all very involved with the clients and staff. Even the Regional Director take she time out of her busy day to connect with each employee and every client. The owners are in the LA area, but are very involved in the Napa office and fly to the Napa office when needed.

      Inconvénients

      I have zero complaints about his company.

      Avantages

      Good pay, great benefits, very supportive work environment and plenty of trainings! They seem to have leave for just about anything, they have matching retirement plan, health, dental, and vision, discounts at various stores, and the mileage reimbursement is nice as well. I'm so happy I found this job, the work is pretty easy and it's fun. My coworkers are awesome and my supervisors are very encouraging and give praise all the time.

      Inconvénients

      When we were hired we were told we would work "some holidays", which is not really accurate. Every holiday is a working holiday, keep in mind this is essentially a health care job, and health care doesn't stop on holidays. However, you get done pretty early in the day, so in my opinion at least there's still plenty of time to enjoy time with your family.
