      Avantages

      there is flexibility and remote work

      Inconvénients

      Work here only if you have no other option!!! 1) CEO is extremely controlling & micro-managing and justifies it all the time. 2) It's supposedly a "global south" organization but entire executive is just white people from the global north. 3) Huge disparity in global south v/s global north employee salaries and if you question it, some baseless benchmarking set by the CEO without any expertise is used for explanation. 4) Ethically very questionable for an organisation that works on social inclusion and ethics. 5) Neo-colonial in its ways of working. Avoid working here if you can!!

      Avantages

      I recently had the pleasure of working with Includovate, and I must say that their professionalism has truly exceeded my expectations. I noticed the positive work environment they are creating and the team's welcome and support, making it a pleasure to work with them. Definitely, it will be a truly rewarding experience.

      Interesting work and flexibility of working hours; global staff

      Inconvénients

      Lack of professional, respectful, and inclusive treatment of staff; lack of collaboration and team-based approach; consistent micromanagement by leadership; willingness of leadership to discredit staff to both internal and external constituents; willingness to demand more work without appropriate compensation and resources; consistent failure to provide sufficient guidance to produce high-level work; does not embody a feminist culture or working environment
