      Avantages

      Nobody knows what they’re doing, so there is autonomy in that.

      Inconvénients

      Basically everything else. Clueless leadership, rude to employees. You’re only as good to them as what they can get out of you, and they make it clear. Nitin runs a modern sweatshop of cheap Indian tech labor and that’s it.

      Avantages

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Inconvénients

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
