This company has the worst management. This is why every year or two years, the whole team keeps changing. They bring in their known people from other companies and give them manager/senior manager designations & they are the ones ruining the work culture. New hiring is done and people with zero skills/knowledge in the domain are being fitted into projects and roles where they have NIL experience. It creates a tough environment for the team to cope with those new joiners. This is done to fill in the empty positions for which customer billing was being affected. People with more than 7-8 yrs experience are being hired with zero domain knowledge just because they can join early. Management is getting worse day by day because of these new managers coming from lala companies and doing micro management here, doing stuff like scolding lower level employees, withholding their salaries, calling family members of employees etc etc. People have been absconding Incedo because of this type of management. Plus there’s a lottt of office politics going on here. Special preference is given to some specific people who are backed by senior management, directors etc just because they know each other from before. Talent and hard work has nothing to do in this company. You’ll never be rewarded here because hard work doesn’t matter. If you want to have mental stress & high blood pressure, please join Incedo.
