They dont have onboarding and offboarding process, the micromanagement is overwhelming, they constantly ask for unpaid overtime, they dont pay bonus even when they offer them, they refuse to listen for any suggestion, there is no local HR. When they ask what they can do to imprive the situation they just get exasperated raise the voice and the ignore you, a bad experience in generall,
