Avantages
I went for interview. Within 2 hours I found that there are no pros.
Inconvénients
Everything is cons. Interview comprised of written and technical. In written test, I was rejected. When I confronted them about the answers, they said to have next round of interview. They themselves did not know the answers and were just checking based on gut feeling. The interviewer said the question are prepared by our DBA and he will come after 2 hours. If you can wait then wait. Just to overcome the situation they took 2nd round where they started asking Linux administration question though I went for ETL and Big data. I did not wrote a single query in the interview. According to them System testing comes after integration testing(in incedo they followed that way, they did not heard about ISTQB) . They were asking as if I was working in incedo only. Don't waste your time. Instead stay at home and prepare for other interview which may come up. People may think I am rejected and hence writing this review. I have been rejected earlier also but never written a review.
