      Best place to work. Supportive team and people.cab facility given for night shift. Events conducted by HR. Food is good, no issues with maintainance. Indoor sports are given, infrastructure is good. Supportive leaders. Staffs are friendly at all levels.

      No concerns, everything is good. Flexible with shifts.

      Avantages

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Inconvénients

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
