Avantages
Incase was missing leadership and direction, high turn of seniors who didn't do much. It took being bought out by Incipio to turn this company around. The Incipio team came in strong but supportive and showed they know how to do this. All of the former Incase leaders (but 1 or 2) left. The new team was quick to expose but didn't treat those of us who are left behind like it was our fault.
Inconvénients
Incase does a lot of processes differently from Incipio and this can cause pain points. Incipio and the other family brands in Irvine get free breakfast, lunch and snacks. We get free coffee, soda and candy bars. Some of us feel that if we want to remain with the company and see the positive changes through, we will have to relocate.
