In the more recent period, I felt that the focus shifted slightly more toward targets and less toward employee well-being. Nothing major, but paying closer attention to the needs and engagement of the team would make an already good environment even better.

The leadership team is understanding and does not make anyone feel guilty for needing to leave early or start later due to unforeseen circumstances.
