Theres no established process or procedure. Everything is rushed, and generally improv solutions are implemented. 8. Management will make last minute changes to client deliverables that have been approved and blame the team when it backfires 9. Theres no established list of services and the company claims to be a marketing agency. Theres more than a few clients billed largr sums monthly for low quality deliverables. 10. Team input is not valued. Knowledge, experience and insight is not taken into account. 11. The expectations here are highly unrealistic with a bar that is essentially unreachable. It demoralizes employees. Example: Employees are expected to have 7.5 productive hours every day. 12. No room for growth / dead end. No new hires in 1+ year. Only replacements for those who leave for greener pastures. If you made it this far, here's a good one.
