I joined as the first graduate into the company, and was given plenty of training and guidance both from courses and in person from staff. As I was learning I was given a good balance of responsibility and oversight from more senior staff. Plenty of variety in the work due to the nature of the consultancy and the fairly open ended nature of Inawisdom's skill set.
Inconvénients
During my time there the company was growing a lot and making a name for itself, which meant the workload could be high at some times.
