      Salário razoável para a cidade, bom lugar para aprender

      Inconvénients

      No caso do cliente Ericsson gerência e people manager (?) não sabem o que está acontecendo e o cliente sempre tem razão por mais absurdo que seja, Qdo precisa de hora extra acham que estão fazendo algum favor para você , Nepotismo total, incluindo o Inatel todo ( preferência sempre de filhos de professores e parentes) , Zero plano de carreira a não ser para o caso acima

      Good people, beautiful place, can open opportunities to study there also

      Inconvénients

      Not much room to grow. Salary is pretty stagnant. They do not have a very good progression policy either. Some tech stack may be out of sync with the market

      Avantages

      I've worked for Inatel Competence Center for about 1.5y and this company was super important to my career development. I've learned a lot from my friends and from the project I worked on. I just decided to leave because I was moving to another country, but I would love to work there again. - Co-workers like a family - Good salary - You can work in the university's project too and support the students on research. - Really good environment - The countryside city is full of technology

      Inconvénients

      Nothing to say. I really enjoyed the time working there.
