      Avantages

      None that I can recall.

      Inconvénients

      Company's CEO lacks management skills. Very few employees have lasted for more than a year.

      It's always unfortunate when it's time to terminate an employee or they want to do something else. Not everyone can work in a fast paced environment where we strive to make change in health care, and management does not micromanage.

      Avantages

      • Open office environment makes good team dynamic and easy communication • Leadership is very personable, passionate and supportive • Great place to learn multiple aspects of running a business and be innovative • Flexible working hours with minimal micro-management • Fun team games and nice team gatherings

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes the office is too quiet and makes me sleepy. Maybe we need a PingPong table here.

      Avantages

      I don't have one reason why I should work there but I noticed they retained a fellow intern which is a good thing.

      Inconvénients

      They are not willing to train young prospects, I had a special assignment and they weren't helping to better explain it being my first experience. I asked a lot of questions and they aren't too happy about that. I always believe as a newbie I could ask questions especially if I can't google myself out for a solution.

      Thanks for your review! We were a very young company in 2017 and we shared office space with several employees. We have improved as we have grown-up so to speak. We have a training manual, videos, e-learning and hands on training now. We hired 2 interns over the years and we have 3 other interns working for us today.
