      Avantages

      No pros worth mentioning at all

      Inconvénients

      Personal feelings about employees determine if you will continue to be employed. The strategy and vision of the company changes weekly. There are very few managers that actually have management experience. If you're looking for a place to grow, run. The environment is toxic.

      It's always unfortunate when it's time to terminate an employee, which is the last thing any small business owner wants to do. The vision and mission of our company has never changed, as you can read it throughout the office. The Healthcare industry standards change and therefore a company must follow the rule. We live by the motto to Treat People The Way We Want To Be Treated.

      Avantages

      • Open office environment makes good team dynamic and easy communication • Leadership is very personable, passionate and supportive • Great place to learn multiple aspects of running a business and be innovative • Flexible working hours with minimal micro-management • Fun team games and nice team gatherings

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes the office is too quiet and makes me sleepy. Maybe we need a PingPong table here.

      Avantages

      I don't have one reason why I should work there but I noticed they retained a fellow intern which is a good thing.

      Inconvénients

      They are not willing to train young prospects, I had a special assignment and they weren't helping to better explain it being my first experience. I asked a lot of questions and they aren't too happy about that. I always believe as a newbie I could ask questions especially if I can't google myself out for a solution.

      Thanks for your review! We were a very young company in 2017 and we shared office space with several employees. We have improved as we have grown-up so to speak. We have a training manual, videos, e-learning and hands on training now. We hired 2 interns over the years and we have 3 other interns working for us today.
