Company run by the CEO who has zero engagement with staff. Managers just take orders from him and have little power otherwise. They undersell their product for the quick cash, short changing the future of the company. Commission plan written in a way that gives Account Exec's no chance of being paid for what they sell, and no legal recourse should the company decide not to pay them for their work. Adversarial relationship with their own sales crew. Be wary.
