      Avantages

      - Great to acquire industry experience. - Offers to pay for certifications. - Remote work possibility. - Very diversified after going global. - Provide laptop and pays for phone.

      Inconvénients

      - No work culture for remote workers. - More of a boys club; not much growth for women. - Poor management (likes to micromanage). - Misclassify employees as contractors to not pay benefits. - Very political.
