      Great employees to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Very political. The leadership team tends to repeatedly throw things at the wall to hope they stick, seeming like they have no idea what they're doing while setting staff below them for failure unless they're within a certain group of individuals.

      Flexible schedule, days went fast due to busy work-load

      Inconvénients

      Micro management and an overload of processes created some inefficiency.
