I work at the University Village location and it is very busy... All. The. Time. I have a pretty big repeat clientele, but because of our location, we have a great potential for walk ins. I work with a great team of professional people who are passionate and love what they do. Our owners and management are hands on and truly care about their employees. It shows in that they are always trying to find new ways to improve and WANT input from their team members. The spa industry is very competitive but I think we stand out because we stay up on the latest tequnology/trends/training, and offer good products AND services. I feel good about what I’m able to offer my clients, which is huge for me. Hours are flexible which is important to me as I’m a single mother. Pay is competitive and there are always incentives/contests,-giving us the opportunity to earn more $$, services, product, etc.
Inconvénients
Because of the busy location, parking can be a bit challenging.
