      Avantages

      Muy feliz en InPost. Destaco especialmente el buen ambiente de trabajo, la constante innovación y mejora continua, el entorno internacional. La conciliación es real, gracias a la flexibilidad horaria y al teletrabajo. Hay muchas oportunidades de aprendizaje a través de plataformas online, y un plan de bienestar muy completo, con acceso ilimitado a psicólogos, coaches, nutricionistas, etc. El equipo directivo es joven, cercano y humilde. ¡Un lugar donde da gusto trabajar y crecer profesionalmente!

      Inconvénients

      La oficina es antigua y en un sitio donde se puede llegar solamente en coche pero está previsto un cambio para acercarnos a Barcelona.

      I thought the SHEIN warehouse was the worst warehouse in all of Wrocław, but no. It’s the absolute worst warehouse I’ve ever worked at. They have zero respect for you as an employee; they hate you and don’t want to work with you, simply because you’re from another country—they look down on you. I advise no one to ever work there. You’re better off working at DPD or DHL—the people and the team there are really great.
