      - Access to support from JLR - Good benefits - Great office

      Inconvénients

      - Supposed to work in a start up environment, but you're actually in a corporate company where the parent company dictates and impacts what you can and can't do. - Dealing with a lot of bureaucracy - Lots of growth planned, but very slow moving at times.

      The team and internal leadership is great. Autonomous work is encouraged .

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership has been failing by not providing direction or ambiguous by asking for growth but also doesn’t want to invest and cut cost for a still small business
