We understand that working in a high-volume environment can be challenging, and we are continuously working to improve the daily experience for our team members. We’re not sure when you left InMotion but our Customer Success team has implemented changes to department structure, Key Performance Indicators, and workflows to make workloads more manageable and better support our team members. We've also introduced Workflow Management Specialists to monitor and assign contact volume in real-time to ensure more consistent coverage and timely breaks. Supervisors are trained to assist with contacts or help route them when needed to ensure team members receive their scheduled breaks.
Regarding opportunities for growth and compensation, we review position compensation bands annually and administer increases related to performance. We also offer various additional benefits and compensation like Profit Sharing to create a total compensation package. For professional development, we have programs like Walk-a-Day, Career Coaching, and reimbursement for courses and certifications to help team members grow their skill sets and advance their careers. Our internal application process is designed to provide a fair evaluation, and leaders work with HR to provide constructive feedback to help team members prepare for future opportunities.
We value team cohesion and communication and continuously strive to ensure these efforts are optimized. Our leaders receive ongoing training and development on topics such as performance management, interviewing, and effective support and development for their teams. We also have multiple avenues for feedback, including stay interviews, confidential surveys, and an employee suggestion program, all of which are reviewed by leadership to identify areas for improvement.
We encourage team members to connect and build relationships across the company. Everyone can be found through the company directory, and opportunities to engage with colleagues include virtual water cooler activities, game tournaments, and other company-sponsored events that are open to all team members.
