1yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found an organized work environment with effective communication as well as flexibility in work location.
Our Operations team works closely with management to regularly review contact volume and look at anticipated volume in order to create our schedules so we can continue to provide assistance to customers in a timely fashion.
The average volume of contacts we receive tends to be lower over the weekend so we do schedule less team members during that time. In scheduling our customer-facing team members, we do offer longer shifts for those that prefer to work 4 days a week instead of 5 with the benefit of having 3 days off each week. Our paid time off benefit increases in accordance with years of service.
To manage contact volume in real time, we recently introduced new Workflow Management Specialists to our team that monitor and assign volume in order to make adjustments as contact volume changes.
