All leaders within the company participate in a required training series to help them continue to develop the skills needed to effectively support their teams. We encourage everyone to share their experience through various channels and also offer team members the ability to submit anonymous feedback if they are not comfortable taking it directly to leadership. Any and all feedback, whether it is regarding specific leaders, processes, or company-wide systems, is reviewed with a genuine desire to improve and create an environment in which our team members are supported and empowered to succeed.
We understand that benefits are important factors for all team members and we continuously evaluate our offerings to ensure team members get the best plans possible for them and their families. In preparation for every new plan year, we work closely with our dedicated team of benefits brokers to negotiate with insurance providers and advocate directly for our team members, keeping cost and coverage in mind. In an effort to provide a broad total compensation package, our benefits include medical benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, profit sharing, time off to volunteer in your community, and a 401K savings plan with company match opportunities. We are also happy to be able to communicate various wellness benefits and incentives through our insurance providers, including a wellness differential for team members who complete an annual physical.
Though not guaranteed, we have been fortunate enough to regularly provide the additional perk of Profit Sharing for our team members in addition to any established performance-based bonuses departments may have. We aim to let team members know their hard work is appreciated whenever we can, and the Profit Sharing program was created as a way to say “Thank you” to our team. This program can provide payouts twice a year, based on company profits, team member performance, and length of service. Since the Profit Sharing program is dependent on company profits, we aim to provide a meaningful benefit to our team members even though we may have fluctuations in totals as we review and calculate those additional rewards.
