Some very nice people who are genuine and helpful. No Jerk Policy. In and industry and technology space that is growing rapidly.
Inconvénients
Worst employment experience of my life and I am in my mid 40s. The No Jerk policy isn't used and incompetent fools get promoted while hard working talented people get taken advantage of and treated poorly. The company is full of very average people so it struggles to compete in all areas against the larger and more advanced competitors. The technology is old and dated and in need of a complete rebuild but InMoment struggles as it has limited funds to update the platform. The management team are mostly control freaks and they have very little experience so many decisions are based on ignorance and the rest of the employees suffer. It was a great shame that InMoment is going backwards as I believe it was once a great company that valued culture and its people. Now it is lost with no culture, an ageing technology, better competitors and all the good people are leaving.
