      Avantages

      Demanding environment provides many opportunities to gain experience.

      Inconvénients

      Worked hard for 3 years to be promoted and payed in 2nd percentile of my field, $15k less than national average. Heavy break/fix environment with $0 budget begins to feel heavily "duct taped".
