      Great benefits and Life balance philosophy.

      Inconvénients

      I experienced a toxic environment from the medical professional team. The work environment felt more like being in high school , full of clicks and gossip in the fact that if you didn't fit in, you were ostracized by existing staff, Clinicians and Management. Training was hit and miss, so you were unable to perform the job duties effectively.

      There once were pros but unfortunately no more.

      Inconvénients

      Previously was a great place to work, the company encountered significant challenges with lack of leadership and poor decision-makers, adversely affecting organizational innovation and effectiveness resulting in a misalignment with core values and a lack of transparency, transforming a once thriving workplace into a toxic environment.
