Flexible schedule for most part.
Coworkers are all very nice and everyone there respects work- life boundaries.
Supportive and collaborative coworkers as well.
Inconvénients
Hours can be difficult at times. Working with lots of people in Asia- that’s the job though.
Management is unfriendly toward visa holders and treats immigration support as a burden rather than a commitment. Despite advertising H1B sponsorship as a perk, leadership clearly prioritizes profit above employee wellbeing, and visa-dependent employees feel this the most.
