      - Good Salary - Freedom in terms of work and software - Right near the city center with plenty of options for transport and food

      Inconvénients

      - Incompetent leads who don't know what they want - In-decisive decision making; resulting in redoing of the same tasks - Inexperienced and highly varied skill level of staff - Nepotism - Massive language barriers - thus not recommended for foreigners - Miscommunication - Office politics - Nucleated office groups resulting in outcasting if you are not amongst them
