      Avantages

      It can be a good start for an entry level artist.

      Inconvénients

      At some point you realize that the company is not using the full potential of you even if you offer a better quality. Bonus payments are not paid as it is promised. They change the bonus payment system every year and cancel the one before.

      I cannot think of anything

      Inconvénients

      Regular mobbing. Low salaries. Very bad culture overall. Senior management does not trust the decisions of managers. Senior management is quite incompetent. No good benefits that differentiate the company from other companies.

      Avantages

      Has one of kind game studio in Turkey which have a nation wide successful published title. Most developer empoyees are young and excited.

      Inconvénients

      Managers love unpaid work hours! Managers refusing to learn new technologies! Most developer empoyees are young and unexperienced. Milking their customer base. Product and project quality is not their priority.
