      Avantages

      I have worked with people who are one of a kind. My director, marketing, growth marketing, creative, product team members are one of kind. YET this isn't a really pro from a sensible point of view.

      Inconvénients

      Company owned by 4 shareholders who are not really aware of what a game would accomplish except the CTO. CTO has different type of attitudes like downgrading your title or not directly talk to you or delaying some events forever

      I cannot think of anything

      Inconvénients

      Regular mobbing. Low salaries. Very bad culture overall. Senior management does not trust the decisions of managers. Senior management is quite incompetent. No good benefits that differentiate the company from other companies.

      Avantages

      Has one of kind game studio in Turkey which have a nation wide successful published title. Most developer empoyees are young and excited.

      Inconvénients

      Managers love unpaid work hours! Managers refusing to learn new technologies! Most developer empoyees are young and unexperienced. Milking their customer base. Product and project quality is not their priority.
