      Small company where you can make a big impact. Attracts good talent from UWaterloo

      Inconvénients

      Priorities change often based on the current customer requirements. Causes some churn internally but that's just how these kind of small businesses run.

      Avantages

      There were always opportunities to learn a lot from the projects and people I was working with, which was very helpful for my career growth and development. Also, the people there were friendly, there were social events and I liked the casual, laid-back environment.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes things changed quickly, which should be expected at a new company that is growing . Also, it wasn't always easy to tell how the company was doing and the pay was so so.
