      Avantages

      They offer Flexible hours and the work is innovative

      Inconvénients

      No communication between lower level employees and upper management, There’s been times I haven’t beeen paid for months. Pay is also very bad they don’t pay for your hours you train for the job. Pay you the bear minimum and when you ask for more they say your job can be done by India
