I've worked here for over a year and find it to be very collaborative and rewarding. They have an entirely new website platform and business leadership. There's nice harmony between structure and flexibility. Client satisfaction is a high priority in the organization, which is refreshing.

Great company, everyone works remotely- if you can handle the hurdles of managing yourself and not having someone constantly overlooking you then this is the best company to work for. You are considered a contractor, so benefits are basically out the door. The benefits are that you get to work from home, manage your own business and get a very good salary and bonus structure compared to other companies of the same nature. Work and life balance is ideal, not much room for growth, but the CEO's do allow you to input your ideas and most of them will be implemented very quickly.

1099 Employee, no benefits, in your training/ramp up stage- commission only...this really weeds out the people who don't want to work here or can't afford it.
