Avantages
- Have chance to earn a lot more compared to people at same age - Became best friends with your colleagues. There is no unnecessary stress from human relationship - Flexible working environment if you hit your target(not easy..) - Steep learning curve with chance to handle important case early on - Can handle projects which is not directly related to recruitment. Your good idea will be implemented - Very flat culture, managers always listen and trying to improve work environment
Inconvénients
- Support is limited which is to be expected for smaller size company - Market awareness (only well-known within real SCM experts so can reach smaller amount of people) - Company's vision for growing hasn't been carried on
