Avantages
Great product and onboarding support on the sales team Compassionate coworkers that became friends Pretty good work life balance (coming from teaching)
Inconvénients
Within the past 6 months on the sales team, the moral had plummeted. With a new person in charge, there are expected changes. Employees were let go and the communication on that was severely lacking. Employees went from a highly flexible work from home environment (with empty promises to keep it that way), to a rigid return to office 2-3 days a week culture. Thus, people started leaving in droves leaving the newbies to wonder, what had they gotten into. The high turnover leads to a team of individuals having to pick up the slack, encouraging more turnover. Upper management is extremely out of touch thinking that everyone loves in an office environment. Never once were employees surveyed about the return to office plan. Salary structure is still not up to industry standards. If you are outside of sales, expect long hours and low pay. Teachers leaving the classroom: I would consider elsewhere.
