      No any pros work at ITW MERITEX MELAKA

      Inconvénients

      Too many. Management give unclear instruction, when you dont have clear direction and dont know what to do. Scold like crazy. So many engineers resign because of this one manager.

      Great coworkers and a vast crew of skilled operators

      Inconvénients

      I did not recieve the vision of where the company was going other than bigger. Missing a huge opportunity to identify and mentoring young talent that is there leading to a dead end atmosphere.
