Company review - Avis employé Route Service Sales Representative (RSSR) ITU AbsorbTech

The people here are amazing; everyone is so kind and understanding, which is helping me grow as a graphic designer and an employee in general. I am also learning a lot of things about different marketing processes and such, and it has been a very smooth process; I feel like I'm making an impact.

Some of the programs/processes used for marketing are a little outdated, but we are working to update and improve them, so this won't be a con for long!

Owners are good people who care.

VP’s & most directors are out for themselves! They don’t listen to lower leadership and want most issues hidden from the owners and CEO. Hourly employees are over worked and under paid for what conditions they have to work in!
