      Social aspect to keep engineers motivated, Bit&Bites monthly really good

      Inconvénients

      Poor Salary, nothing in place for increase inline with inflation. No bonus scheme. Holiday for 2 days may require 6 weeks notice and still not granted if you are on site and there is no cover.
