Avantages
Flexible on work hours. Can't really list any others. Depending on the group you work in there's profit sharing and you get stock, though it's quite devalued.
Inconvénients
Management: Far more Chiefs than Indians. There are quite a few people with the title of Vice President but with no direct reports. The company is a bit top heavy. Lot's of supervisors with inflated job titles but not much experience in the job or managing people or expectations. Several employees who are under qualified working positions that serve no ad value to the organization. There is too much focus away from their core competency which is lasers for opthalmology. Projects were too ambitious with no forethought or Marketing based research. No project or company plans. No advanced R&D. No communication between Marketing and Engineering.
