      Avantages

      A job is like a marriage you have to find the right partner for you. This is what I have found in IPSEN, a great partnership. Passionate team of people, decent benefits, nice projects, organic change, I happen to enjoy working within the French culture (I am not French) and this suits me well, I always know where I stand with my colleagues and managers. Good treatment of employees.

      Inconvénients

      To ensure talent retention, wages may need revision due to the changing economic landscape and a very competitive pharmaceutical environment.

      Avantages

      The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was transparent on which roles he felt would be a good match based on the leadership, team, and career aspirations.

      Inconvénients

      I did not have any cons related to my experience.

      None, I cannot think of one pro.

      Inconvénients

      The worst experience in my 15 plus career in pharma. The managers are horrible, they work you to death and show zero appreciation. I was so thankful I was a temp, as I would never have wanted to be a full time after what I experienced. It's basically a hot mess of bullying by managers and the Sr. Director's have poor SVPs they report into so it makes sense they management style is horrid.
