Avantages
I liked most of the people that worked at IPRO on a personal level.
Inconvénients
Very little work. When there was a problem between the client and myself, after numerous times going to my immediate supervisor about it, nothing was done. I was basically told that their loyalty is to the client, and not their employee. The office I worked at (OCFS) was definitely the worst place to be. The people were unprofessional, rude and demeaning. They talked down to everyone they dealt with, and when anyone stood up for themselves, their lives were made miserable. Honestly, this company has serious issues that they need to work on. Talking to their employees, offering support and making them feel as though their voice is heard is a place to start. There was no work there - I spent 8 weeks making copies and reserving meeting rooms, and little else. I was told there would be project work, and that the office was overwhelmed with work, and needed someone to help. After 8 weeks, I gave up. There was nothing there that would be worthy to put on my resume after the job was up. IPRO did nothing to help me during the issues I had, and refused to move me to any other open positions. They were completely inconsiderate in how they handled many situations, and I will not be adding them to my resume!! It is embarrassing to say I worked for them!
